We specialize in analyzing the market, including all relevant industry players, trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the objective of finding different M&A targets. At the same time, we are able to do the strategic analysis and valuation in order to make the M&A process as lean as possible for our clients.

 

Deal Origination

Through our network, we are often able to originate our own deals. We do this both because companies come to us with different mandates and in other cases because we see different market developments and discuss that with the constituencies involved.


Project Management
